Giuseppe Bottani was an 18th century Italian painter. Bottani mainly painted religious and mythological scenes in a Romantic/Baroque style. He lived and worked in both Florence and Rome and studied at the Academy of Saint Luca, and taught at the Academy of Mantova from 1769 until his death in 1784.
