Josef Hauzinger was an 18th century Austrian portrait painter. He is best known for his painting featuring the meeting of Marie Antoinette and her brother, Archduke Maximillian at Versailles with King Louis XVI. Hauzinger als painted a number of portraits for other wealthy Europeans, as well as frescoes.
